A leading Multinational in the Midlands are looking for a Finance manager

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Multi country statutory compliance obligations and requirements

Collaborate cross-functionally with global process owners including Tax, Treasury, Legal, Finance and Accounting.

Communicate with all stakeholders for statutory audit processes and compliance requirements.

Participate in finance projects focused on continuous improvement. Work closely with Internal Audit team in relation to EMEA processes and related controls.

Ensure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controls.

Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders.

Strong people skills


  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Capability to run small projects including prioritization of tasks and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and communicate deadlines to key constituents.
  • Comply with operating policies, business conduct standards, systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate great attention to detail.
  • Ability to working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
