The successful applicant will work directly with the Worldwide Director of Engineering to ensure alignment of priorities with the NPI and Technology Process changes.

This role will be responsible for the management, direction and coordination of all engineerinng activities at the south Dublin plant.

Our client is actively seeking:

- A successful engineering manager to provide consistent leadership and direction to their world class manufacturing site. This person will manage facilities, sustainability, new product introductions and product/process development.

The Engineering Manager will take overall responsibility for implementing capital projects at the plant. Manage capital spend tracking, monthly reporting and forecasting.

They will lead the Plant Priority Matrix 'PPM' process and interface with project owners to ensure projects are on track and communicate any roadblocks with suggested solutions to site leadership. Working with procurement and global real estate & construction to ensure that all projects are executing in line with existing procedures and policies.

Relevant Experience:

  • 8 years' experience in engineering leadership environment within a regulated Industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of success in leading a large engineering function is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence others regardless of role/level within the organization.

We are looking for someone who has experience with.

  • Driving key changes and continuous improvement in site engineering systems and procedures.
  • Liaising on a worldwide basis with engineering, quality, R&D, marketing, and manufacturing staff
  • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence others regardless of role/level within the organization.

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent is required.
