Employee Relations Executive

Role & Responsibilities
Provide direct advisory on all Employee Relations matters seeking always to add value to business.
Good employment law knowledge and human resource developments constantly keeping abreast of all relevant changes.
Excellent ER process knowledge particularly in the area of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Strong business acumen maintaining strong business partnerships and continuing to maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
Provide input into organisational training courses from an ER/Human Resources perspective.
Project work experience where you will contribute to the roll out of new initiatives.
Develop written contributions to general HR best practice for the business.
Primary degree in HR or any business related discipline.
Comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law and its application to unionised and non-unionised environments.
Experience in interfacing regularly with senior company executives up to CEO level.
