I am delighted to be collaborating with a highly established organisation in Cork on exciting new role which forms part of the expansion of their Customer Success team. This team is focussed on ensuring customers have successful business outcomes and achieve their goals, leading to customer satisfaction, advocacy and reference ability.

The Customer Success Co-ordinator will support existing customers by providing education and promoting system optimisation to enable maximum value from their investment. Where possible this individual will also assist with streamlining the customer journey. The Customer Success Co-ordinator will closely partner with a range of different functions across the business, working closely with Product Marketing, Solution Consultant, Professional Services, Support and Sales Marketing teams, to help ensure a fantastic customer experience and drive opportunities for upsell and services revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to gain experience in the fast-growing and ever-evolving discipline of Customer Success.

As this is a new and evolving role, it is likely to involve a number of customer touch points which can include any of the following;

  • Working with the Customer Success leadership team to create a scalable, targeted and repeatable program aimed at promoting the value of products and services to existing customers.
  • Working closely with our product and product marketing teams to help deliver product roadmap updates into the customer base.
  • Ensuring that customers are making the most of available resources and other knowledge channel.
  • Helping support and maintain content on customer portal
  • Working with marketing to drive customer advocacy program
  • Organising and delivering both live and recorded webinar sessions
  • Work with the Customer Success Mangers and Account Managers to help build reference assets
  • Help organise and coordinate targeted customer events such as special interest groups
  • Work alongside marketing and product marketing to ensure alignment with value proposition and customer marketing campaigns
  • Using business data to help drive campaigns, spot trends and drive both internal and external programs
  • Working with internal business teams to help promote their customer facing services
  • Analysis of NPS and other business data to drive calls to action from other business teams
