Customer Service with Fluent French
At Morgan McKinley we have a requirement for our client to work on site for 2 months.
This is a fast paced exciting environment and offer excellent opportunities internally.
Duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Answer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Deal with enquiries from the customer and escalate where necessary
- Process any related administration onto the CRM system
Requirements of the role:
- Good organizational skills
- Be able to understand and follow processes
- Ability to follow direction is a must
- Be excited talking to people, with a can do attitude and high energy
- Monitoring and managing your own progress to meet daily goals
- Self-starter with minimum supervision
- Bilingual - fluent English and French speaker
