Contracts Manager/Site Supervisor - North Dublin

I am partnering with an Operations Director of a well-known, reputable brand to hire Contracts Manager/Site Supervisor that will lead, co-ordinate and motivate a diverse Engineering Team including; direct employees, contractors and sub-contractors. If you are currently a Contracts Manager, Site Supervisor or Project Engineer with strong experience working in a highly regulated and hazardous environment dealing with Health & Safety issues, liaising with regulatory authorities and have positive track record overseeing and mentoring multiple individuals to ensure duties are completed on time to a high spec I would like to hear from you TODAY!

The Successful candidate will take responsibility for a diverse team of direct employees, contractors and sub-contracts. You will pro-actively manage all Health & Safety along with promoting legal compliance throughout the site. You will over-see all maintenance activities including corrective and preventative to support and facilitate audit inspections, both internally and externally. You will be responsible to ensure all staff well fare ensuring they are trained effectively and upskilled in specialist areas. Generate, implement and deliver individual and team specific KPI's. Monitor such KPI's and identify areas of improvement but also reward top performers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives daily.


  • B.Eng in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or similar preferable but not essential
  • Min. 5 years' experience in a management role.
  • Proven track record working as a Contracts Manager, Site Supervisor or Project Engineer within a regulated environment industry.
  • Previous experience within similar position in a separate industry (e.g. Construction) would be applicable if accompanied by additional time spent in regulated/hazardous environment
  • Keen understanding and previous experience in dealing with local and national authorities regarding regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
