A prestigious retail brand are looking to welcome a compensation and benefits specialist to join their existing HR team

Reporting into the HR manager you will responsible for monitoring cost controls through balancing staffing needs with the compensations and benefits programme of this global brand

The role:

  • Implement variable compensation programmes on a local level and educate HR staff on benefit related matters
  • Ensure existing benefit structures are aligned with the organizations objectives and meet the needs of the group
  • Manage reporting activates including action plans, forecasting and salary structures
  • Proactively provide accurate and compliant advise on all benefit related matters while participating to the internal communications

This role would suit a flexible and creative professional who has excellent communication and analytical skills
