As we drive forward with our + 5 strategy to move into new markets delivering candidates throughout Europe, we are looking to hire a Client Delivery Manager who will help increase sales and opportunities in untouched geographies to drive growth in some key areas of Tech.

Role Overview

The Client Deliver Account Manager will be assigned to a specific geographic territory and will be responsible for lead generation & qualification. The main focus will be to drive new business and search for upsell opportunities within our existing client base, by conducting calls into companies and speaking with the relevant Persona's, around their recruitment needs and initiatives. We are seeking energetic,hard-working and personable individuals to join our team and help Morgan McKinley grow our business from our HUB in Cork

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working through lists of Marketing Qualified Leads as well as client base campaigns.
  • Initiate conversations with decision makers to introduce the Morgan McKinley solutions and educate on the value of those solutions.
  • Document conversation results, customer interaction in the MMK CRM system with clear and concise notes.
  • Provide ready to work opportunities to our specialist Recruitment Consultants for further follow up
  • Utilize and Nurture professional communication, research and interviewing skills, as well as marketing and sales skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals and deliver on customer service levels.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent of work experience + education
  • 5+ years sales/business development, recruitment experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly
  • Experience working with a CRM System
  • Quota carrying inside sales/business development experience
