Business Support Administrator 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: €30,000- €35,000
The role of the Business Support Administrator will provide support to the SME department with a strong focus on accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
- Compete all day to day customer requests such as account opening, statement order etc
- Manages the credit fulfilment process
- Ensures all relevant information is gathered
- Escalates any significant issues in credit fulfilment process to relevant Business Advisor and/or Team Leader
- Monitors and manages workflow diary and coordinating with Business Advisors
- Conducts necessary Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud processes
- 2/3 years' experience in an administrative role in Banking or similar industry
- High level IT skills including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Highly organised and driven individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team
