Position Statement

Our client seeks a Business Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate has experience as a business development representative and coordinating with a sales team. This candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and quickly adapts to organisational change and growth.

Reports to:



Ireland (working remotely)


  • Commensurate with experience

  • Training in the signature trademarked methodology including communication and sales training


  • Secure leads for sales team through outbounding new businesses
  • Perform and maintain client research of key accounts
  • Proactively seeks to improve business processes, ways of working and enhanced use of CRM
  • Run CRM reports to inform decision making
  • Support sales team through proposal generation, adding new contacts, leads and accounts to CRM
  • Work with and support sellers to ensure timely and accurate info in the CRM
  • Be the first reviewer of legal documents to enter key business information and summarise key points for legal team members
  • Work with Finance & Accounting to track and record Client Purchase Orders, agreements, invoices/invoicing, collections
  • Own competitor analysis and reporting
  • Be directly responsible for logistics and operations on all EMEA events
  • Collaborate with EMEA team on PR and Social Media activity to build brand awareness
  • Work with Company cross functional teams to ensure EMEA team collaborating as needed
  • Own team meeting preparation & follow up actions

Experience Required:

  • 3-4 years' experience in sales support and coordination
  • Proven experience with
  • Experience working autonomously and remotely with teams across multiple timezones
  • Proven business development and strategic planning experience
  • Experience working directly with seasoned sellers

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business)
