Opportunity for seasoned Project Manager in Dublin

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business change initiatives that may span the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The Project Manager will be accountable for the delivery of change projects across international lines of business and legal entities. Projects will range from Strategic Transformation, Process Improvement, Regulatory, Business Enablement, and Compliance.

Reports into; EMEA Regional Lead

Responsibilities;

·Lead Business Initiatives and Change Management projects across the organisations portfolio.

·Engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to guarantee the work is understood and agreed.

·Govern projects progression against project plans and estimations, communicating such progress to shareholders.

·Provide input to the budget process, gathering data and requirements to support the project operations.

·As a risk management function escalate issues arising from project work-streams.

·Working with business partners to formulate and define handover criteria of project activity to business as usual.

·Support operations to anticipate change impacts.

·Translate project impacts into comprehensive engagement strategies.

·Perform the core Project Management obligations, project dependencies, planning and progression, financials management, status reporting, effective communications; ongoing risk assessment and adaptation and appropriate escalation strategies and implementation.

· Mentor and develop managers and project teams, providing feedback and regular coaching to project managers.

Market Skills and Certifications;

· Experience in change initiatives projects.

· Experience of Project Management methodologies.

· Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.

· Proven Project Management experience.

·Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor approach and methods for audiences across different cultures.

·Strong interpersonal to engage with stakeholders to maintain and grow stakeholder relationships.
