Technical Business Analyst
We currently have a role to fill in the IT Workstream of the Liquidity Programme. This role is quite technically focussed and we will be looking for this person to deliver on two key focus area's for the Tech Workstream i.e. Technical Operations/ITIL Analyst and Project Admin / Test Admin .
Desired Skills and Experience
Responsible for the development of the operating procedures for the application including User Management, Technical and Operations Management, Risk Management, Service Desk, Incident and Problem Management, Monitoring and Alerts and Failure Management.
The person should understand best practice for application operating procedure frameworks and the elements therein and work with the technical team to develop these procedures for the Moody's tool in the company.
Responsible to technical project and testing administrative tasks. Technical project tasks included documentation of daily context creates, copies and runs and analysis of this information (should be able to use the Moody's interface), technical issue and resolution tracking (JIRA) and document management of all technical and project documentation including document tracking.
Testing tasks include the documentation of daily testing including outcomes, derived learnings and issue tracking and resolution and the document management of test plans and documentation and results sets.
