Our client a leading Telecommunications Company based in Dublin 4 are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their team

Duties of the administration assistant:

Manager the day to day office operations.

Co-ordinate visitor access and meetings

Provide administration support to employees regarding relocation and general enquiries

Manage office IT / general procurement

Manage employee expense filing, invoicing and accounts payable administration

Organise team building and company social activities

Skills and experience required:

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

2 + years experience as an administration assistant is a distinct advantage

Self - organised, strong attention to details, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Enthusiastic, highly motivated and a very good team player
