Account Assistant - Limerick City

Our client in Limerick City has exclusively retained Morgan McKinley to recruit for this exciting role as part of their Irish finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant who has had exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating contracts and invoicing clients
  • Processing and Reconciling payables invoices
  • Obtaining authorization for suppliers' payments
  • Posting Bank Transactions for various entities
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
  • Experience with a financial reporting package
  • Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel
  • Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
