Account Manager - German Growth Sales

Great brands help make those inspirations a reality, and we're looking for a self-driven Account Manager as part of our first-ever Mid-Market Sales team in EMEA.

As a founding member of the Dublin Team, you'll develop deep relationships with some of the world's most sophisticated brand and performance advertisers and use the company's paid and organic solutions to meet their goals. Be among the very first hires for our international mid-market team! This founding group will be responsible for building our advertiser business across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.

Responsibilities:

  • You will grow revenue with current and new mid-market advertisers through solution adoption and performance-based upsell
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers' executive, operational and agency teams while being their internal advocate for their needs
  • You will gain a deep understanding of our advertisers' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
  • You will track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to internal and external audiences
  • You will work cross-functionally to help the company build a world-class advertising platform

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital advertising, account management or sales experience, managing strategic relationships
  • Analytical skills with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for advertisers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence advertisers and move priorities forward
  • A team player who's able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams
  • Fluent in English and German
