Our Client a Leading technology Company is seeking an Account Development Representative to join the team!
As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will play a key role in the Sales Organization. In collaboration with your assigned sales team, you will identify, qualify, and nurture customer opportunities. The primary objective of the role is to identify and build a high-quality targeted pipeline for our Field sellers so that they can ultimately meet or exceed their sales targets and expand the product portfolio within their accounts. The ADR role entails gaining a deep understanding of how our solutions solve problems related to cyber security for our customers
*Generate demand with prospective and existing customers via Video Conferencing and phone to identify, qualify and nurture opportunities.
* ADR is an account-based role focused on building new pipeline around security product sets for our Field sellers.
*Learn and implement solution selling strategies mapping security solutions against customer's business imperatives particularly as it relates to Cyber security
*Leverage repeatable sales plays and provide feedback to product marketing, marketing and sales to update industry / solution pitches based on customer conversations.
*ADR will perform research to provide account intelligence, identify key stakeholders, and also build relationships and identify workloads in discussions with IT-decision-makers and practitioners.
*Deliver high-level company business and technical solution presentations and messaging to prospective and existing customers.
*Maintain sales opportunity hygiene with timely and accurate updates on opportunities driven by the ADRs in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
*Partner with Partners and Marketing to drive customer attendance at marketing events, training and other key activities to build awareness and education on company solutions.
*Establish collaborative cross-functional relationships with peers, Sales, Customer Engineering, Channel Partners, Marketing, and other key roles to drive results.
*Deliver on monthly and quarterly metrics: Pipeline Creation, Customer specific attendance goals (training, events, etc.)
*BA/MA degree or equivalent;
*2+ years of experience within Tech Sales;
*Experience with a high-volume sales - ideally presented on the CV;
*Experience within inside sales, business development roles;
*Excellent communication and presentation skills;
