Our client a Leading Multi National Technology Company is seeking an Account Coordinator heavily focused on Financial Operations to join the team!

Our Client is currently looking for an innovative and organized individual with the ability to work through large volumes of operational sales activities (supporting a multi-billion-dollar global business) heavily focused on Financial Operations, related to Billing, Collections, Payments & Contracting. This role involves supporting the needs of the global sales team and publishers through a ticket queue management system and by collaborating in a highly cross-functional work environment, with Sales, Product, Finance Operations & Engineering.

Core Tasks:
*Support sales users through customer service tools.
*Troubleshoot account issues and provide administration support including, but not limited to re-calculating invoices, contract creation support.
*Identify areas to contribute to the team goal of realizing operational efficiency gains by streamlining FinOps processes.
*Perform other administrative and operational role-related tasks such as liaising and aligning with cross-functional Financial Operations Teams.

Example Tasks:
*Reviewing & adjusting Invoicing's
*Supporting Manual Billing initiatives to ensure accurate accounting procedures
*Curation of Standard/ Non-Standard Contracts
*Supporting the automation of billing workflow
*Liaising on behalf of our Sales teams, directly with the partner in relation to respective billing queries.

Requirements:
*BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
*Written and oral fluency in English
*Ability to work through large volumes of support requests from our internal Sales customers within specified time frames.
*Experience working in a Finance Operations role (e.g. Customer Billing, Collections, Payments Processing, Contracting, etc.)
*Creative problem-solving, analytical skills, comfortable handling and interpreting data.
*Broad understanding of online advertising solutions (i.e. ad serving, monetization).
*Extremely organized, responsible, and having the proven ability to work well independently and with a team.
*Self-motivated individual that is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing and largely undefined industry.
