Client Change Delivery Business Analyst

A leading Financial Services company are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to their Client Change Delivery team for a 6 month contract. Working as part of a global team involved in Client Change Delivery you will take a strong lead in delivering client change and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proactive ownership of client change delivery tasks and manage all aspects of a change delivery cycle
  • Ensure detailed analysis is completed on time and fits client and business needs
  • Responsible for planning of all phases of projects assigned for the business to meet mandatory market changes or projects which deliver value added change for the Transfer Agency client base
  • Manage reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Focus primarily on the execution of all Transfer Agency Client Change Delivery tasks assigned requiring a close partnership with Clients, Operations, Product and other areas of the organisation
  • Coordinate, support and lead the execution of all Transfer Agency Client Change Delivery tasks assigned
  • Interaction with client stakeholders on every aspect of change delivery as required
  • Demonstrate proactive membership of the project team and contribute to the development of culture, performance brand on an ongoing basis
  • Requirements gathering (including facilitation of workshops) and documentation of business requirements for the system including reporting
  • Preparation and delivery of the UAT requirements (including functional and regression testing) for change delivery, including developing, executing and documentation on test plans, test cases and results
  • Work with Operational Areas in regard to each phase of the project to ensure input, engagement and that operational requirements are reflected in the project deliverable
  • Work with Operational Readiness in preparation for go-live
  • Support the operating model design, systems migration process and process re-engineering
  • Assess, understand and manage interdependencies with other work streams
  • Act as system SME particularly with a focus on the Transfer Agency function as required
  • Ensure that the business control and quality requirements are understood and consistently adhered to when delivering each of the project outputs
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines during all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Implement a formal approach to benefit realisation and tracking
  • Compile or assist with compilation of project and testing plans
  • Manage project stakeholders, associated communications and reporting
  • Contribute to other work streams as the need arises

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3 years' + professional experience within Funds
  • Proven record of delivering within complex work streams and projects within an operational and client facing environment
  • Strong understanding of the Transfer Agency processes
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience in planning and execution of client change delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
