I have recently returned from a 7 month secondment in India in the role of Data Quality Manager for the Morgan McKinley global services team. This role involved designing and implementing processes for a new Data Quality Centre of Excellence for the group.
I am now responsible for driving Data Quality across the group. Prior to this I was involved in a project role as an IT Analyst / Trainer on a global CRM migration. Between 2009 and 2012 I led the Managed Services team in Dublin, which manages high volume recruitment projects for blue chip clients throughout Ireland. This team is responsible for Project Start-ups and RPO. I joined Morgan in Dublin in April 2005 as a Senior Consultant working with Part-Qualified / Qualified Accountants on the Temporary & Contracts Division and was Manager of this area for 12 months. I have been in Recruitment in Dublin since 2000 and have worked with clients across Commerce & Industry, Public Practice, Public Sector and Financial Shared Services. I hold a BSc Hons Degree in Information Management from Queen’s University, Belfast. Specialties: Qualified IT Trainer and Lean Six Sigma Certified.
