At Morgan McKinley our vision is People empowered to serve, to specialised, to lead" and in my role as Training Analysis & Delivery Specialist I support the Global business in achieving this.
In my current role I work closely with our Global business to develop, rollout and deliver training to our consultants at all levels. While the training can be varied, it is largely centered around the delivery of comprehensive training programme to our new consultant alongside the training of our existing staff members on our internal CRM - Bullhorn, Google Apps and Social Media. As a Bullhorn super-user I would support user queries and provide assistance. For frequently asked questions, I have been involved in creating video using Adobe Captivate. Short, concise videos have been created that are available globally to all users. A large portion of my role is my involvement with our new joiners. I have been involved in the rollout and revamp of a recruitment training programme which is run nationally at least five times per year. This exciting programme provides our new recruitment consultants with the core skills needed to become a high performer. My key activities include: - Design and delivery of training programes - Training needs analysis - Development of online training videos - Co-ordination and rollout of comprehensive training programmes - Training analysis and ROI - Design and develop training materials, cheat sheets and user guides - On-going staff support
