I would advise anyone that is looking for a role in Human Resources, to take some time and reflect about their previous experiences to identify their weaknesses, their strengths, and the situations that demonstrate their skills and their personality. The way you react towards challenges, decision making, and integrating to a team, can define the type of role that is good for you. Even if you have no previous experience, it can be a project or a situation in life that set your life in its current path. It's totally normal to feel a bit lost when thinking about the direction of your career, and for this purpose you can find a Career Ally on us.
I started working in Morgan Mckinley on April 2018, I decided to specialise in Human Resources since I've always been interested in the area and I have some experience working in the area at Bombardier.
I was previously working for a year in recruitment within the Automotive and the Aeronautic sector, mostly with engineering roles but I was also involved in other projects related to professional services. I honestly believe that no good deed goes unnoticed and I love the feeling of bringing people closer to their goals.
I'm originally from Mexico but I have lived for some time in different countries so I consider myself a really adaptable and reliable person. My passion is with cinematography, so if I'm not at work you can find me in the cinema.
