I recruit for senior permanent accounting and finance roles throughout the South East region. I recruit roles within both practice and industry.

My Advice

For me, preparation is key! Know you're recruiter, and utilise the knowledge they can provide - CV Prep, Interview Prep, knowledge we can provide on Companies. Preparation is key for a candidate to be successful so make sure you know your CV in great detail and that you have researched the company prior to your interview !

My Background

I joined Morgan McKinley as a career changer - from Retail to Recruitment ! Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I managed and owned the Benetton Store in Waterford for 16 years!

During my time in retail, I found the skills I have acquired, from commercial awareness to building relationships with both customers and clients have proved to be an asset in my current role as a recruitment consultant. I am extremely excited about my new role in Morgan McKinley and look forward to a long, rewarding career with such a professional company.
