Specialist Area

I recruit for Web and Mobile roles (Design and Development) - Including (UI, UX, HTML5, Javascript, PHP, Python, Ruby) and (iOS, Android, Windows). I also recruit in the area of IT Security.

My Advice

For candidates who have traditionally worked as permanent employees, going contracting can be a daunting prospect. This is something we can talk to you about, offering informed and impartial advice. Some advantages to contracting include more varied experience, more tax benefits and more money.

My Background

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I established CPS; a cloud based payroll software company. I also worked as Technology Ambassador for Discover Science & Engineering, Development Analyst with Allianz and Call Manager with IBM.

Other experience includes my work as an independent digital media consultant, which entailed search engine advertising and optimisation, social media and online PR strategy and web and app design. I hold a certificate in psychology from NUI, a BSc in marketing, innovation and technology from DCU and an MSc in e-commerce (IT) from DCU.
