My Advice

The most important golden rule I tell all candidates who are searching for a new roles is to know what motivates you, don't be afraid to challenge yourself and lastly believe in yourself.

My Background

I started my career as a Recruitment Consultant With Morgan McKinley in April 2016. Previous to Joining Morgan McKinley I worked as an International recruitment consultant placing Teachers and Lecturers in the Middle East.

I have always seen myself as a people person, so recruitment just came natural to me. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favourite stage of the recruitment process is working with my candidates and clients and most importantly meeting their needs.
