My Advice

Remember to keep the end goal in mind. As you progress in your career your career goals will change - it's worth taking a step back every 6 months or so and clarifying where you want to go. Consult with your recruiter to understand the current market. Don't be afraid to utilize your recruiters knowledge - recruiters are living in the jobs market.
