Graduating with a Degree in Business Studies I started my recruitment career in Boston in 2000 and continued within the recruitment industry joining Morgan McKinley in 2002.  I am now responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of Morgan McKinley's Accountancy & Finance Division as well as La Creme, Morgan McKinleys Office Support Division. Managing and leading a team of specialist and high performing Consultants, ensuring delivery of organisational and business goals whilst maintaining service delivery excellence.
