The topic of the evening is “The Role of Culture in a Successful Supply Chain”

We are delighted to have 2 engaging speakers for the evening:

  • Gareth Bell, Engineering Fellow in Boston Scientific
  • Raymond Hanley, Senior Manager Working Capital Transformation with J&J Depuy Synthes

Gareth Bell will discuss the journey that Boston went on to bring a culture of lean/six Sigma through their operations, the challenges they faced and overcame, and lessons for others.
Raymond Hanley will discuss the unique approach Depuy Synthes took to raise the visibility and credibility of data science within J&J, and also encourage a culture change & perception of data science across all functions in the business.
The evening will then wrap with a general Q&A

This event is an ideal opportunity for supply chain professionals to hear first-hand the challenges involved with making a cultural change on a large scale, as well as learning how to overcome and change both mind-sets and behaviours.

For more information or to register for this event, contact myself on imurphy@morganmckinley.ie or 021 2300 300 before March 19th.
