2018 is well on its way to becoming another record-breaking year for the IT team here in Morgan McKinley’s Cork office and the market doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
As is always the case here in Morgan McKinley, we are looking to the future, innovating and strategizing, with the goal of maintaining our position as the number one agency on the market. I’ve been part of the dream team here in the Cork office for over three years and I can say without any shadow of a doubt, having the best people is what defines our success. With this in mind we are looking to expand the team further and bring in some fresh faces before the premier league transfer window closes!
With nine consultants making up this high performing team, we have 30 plus years of recruitment experience between us. So, fear not, we are happy to share our experience but also learn from you. If you are thinking of a career change, you don’t need any IT recruitment or sales experience (although it is an advantage). We will provide you with the tools and training to succeed in this environment.
We are proud of our work ethic, professionalism, can do attitude and we pride ourselves on giving our clients and candidates the best service possible and becoming their career ally.
On top of this, we like to think we are a sound bunch who are all driven to be successful and enjoy coming to work each and every day! It’s important to have that work life balance, we encourage it, and although recruitment can get stressful we always look on the bright side no matter what.
The photos above are a quick snapshot of the team enjoying a day out at Ballyhass after smashing yet another target in Q2, our Morgan McKinley Charity Cycle, our Christmas Party in the K Club and our 30th Birthday celebration in Maryborough. Oh I forgot to mention we really like to enjoy ourselves!
We are looking for likeminded people who are hungry for personal and team success. We work hard but have plenty of laughs along the way and Louise makes sure our social calendar is ever ready!
If you like the sound of this culture and would like to be part of a brilliant team. Please check out the profiles here and get in touch today.
