For the 4th year in a row, we were delighted to once again attend the End2End Supply Chain Conference in the Ballsbridge Hotel this week. This year we were delighted to be a named supporter of the event along with our friends and colleagues from Depuy, Avarto and Amarach Research.
The conference was attended by over 50 companies with over 200 Supply Chain professionals attending. The list of companies who sponsored the event included some of the best that Ireland’s Supply Chain industry has to offer including Depuy, Globoforce, IBM, Mylan, Arvato, Keelings, Diageo and Vision ID.
There was a noticeable energy about the place and the positivity and energy on display are a testament to how the market in Ireland has changed over the past 4 years. The day was introduced from the stage and hosted thereafter by Lorcan Sheehan, or as he is now known, the Ryan Tubridy of Supply Chain, Ireland!
A range of interesting topics were covered throughout the day with great presentations from David Clarke of Depuy, David Varian of Diageo and Donna Marshall of UCD, in particular. Despite the number of Supply Chain topics covered which included a range of themes, the one which surfaced again and again was the changing face of the Supply Chain market. A panel discussion which addressed “The Changing Shape of Market in Europe” took the floor in the afternoon and it’s fair to say this conversation probably still hasn’t stopped!
If you would like to find the very best in Supply Chain talent, or if you would like to explore your own options in this booming market, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Supply Chain team at Morgan McKinley today.
We would again like to thank everyone who took the time to make the event such a great day, especially the team at Event Strategies, and we look forward to attending again next year, on what has become a stand out annual event in the Supply Chain calendar.
