WithIn the industry, some trends which are starting to become more commonplace include flexi time around the core working hours of 10am to 4pm. Working remotely for part of the working week is becoming more common also. Employers are more focused on their overall output now rather than their employees adhering to very structured working hours
Workplace Wellness:
Workplace wellness is becoming more of a priority in the industry, with many companies offering onsite gyms, subsidised memberships for gyms, annual wellbeing weeks, wellness workshops with guest speakers and even the provision of healthy food on-site for employees. It still wouldn’t be as big a priority as the demand for more flexible working conditions but companies are definitely putting more of a spotlight on the area of workplace wellness overall.
