Morgan McKinley endeavors to supply practical information and assistance to HR and business professionals. Join us at our next event in the Savoy, Limerick on the 28th January
Accordingly, Morgan McKinley is hosting the first in the series of our 2016 HR and Business Events. This is an event not to to be missed as Anne O'Connell is one of Ireland's leading Employment Law Solicitors and currently a partner in Sherwin O' Riordan in Dublin, having previously worked in William Fry Solicitors for 10 years.
Anne currently advises both the private and public sector on how to be compliant with all Irish employment law in a practical manner that does not inhibit the business. Areas of expertise include termination of employment, industrial relations, bullying in the workplace, redundancy, restructuring (including pay cuts), equality issues and transfer of undertakings.
In addition to this, Anne also advises clients on contracts and company policies to ensure that they are in line with the ever changing standards as set by case-law. She also lectures on employment law in the Law Society of Ireland.
Please join us for our next Espresso Breakfast Briefing with Anne to hear more about her insights and advice on:
