Manufacturing Engineer

My client, an international heavy industry materials company seek a Manufacturing Engineer to join their shift operations leadership team based inDublin.

The role involves leading a shift operations team (24 x 5 day cycle) in a high technology manufacturing plant. The main focus of the role is leading operational excellence to deliver safety, quality and productivity targets.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a primary honours degree, preferably in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and have demonstrated an ability to achieve operational, engineering and quality targets.

Prior Team Leader experience in a shift based manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage
