Restructuring Senior

A number of Restructuring Seniors based in Dublin and Belfast are required by a leading Global practice. They provide turnaround solutions to underperforming companies and work with stakeholders to restructure businesses that are experiencing financial difficulties.

Responsibilities:

Restructuring Senior required for a permanent position.

• Full responsibility for restructuring assignments and voluntary liquidations
• Planning and carrying out liquidation, receivership and examinership engagements
• Management of a portfolio of projects and clients
• Full commercial management for portfolio
• Conducting financial assignments for specific clients

Requirements:

• Recently Qualified accountant
• Minimum of 1 years experience in restructuring / insolvency / corporate recovery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent drive, commitment and enthusiasm
• Excellent project management skills

This role would ideally suit someone coming from a restructuring role within practice but may also suit a qualified accountant with debt restructuring experience in financial services.
