Job Description

Client based in central Dublin is actively seeking a 2nd level support candidate.

Provides second and third line support of all Remedy logged issues. Perform second and third line support of all

Windows and desktop based applications in use within UK, according to as defined in service level agreements. Take
ownership of and responsibility for ensuring problems raised by the business users are progressed and satisfactorily
resolved within deadlines or escalated to the appropriate level. Create and maintain systems documentation to
CIS and other relevant standards. Enforce and ensure adherence to documented change control procedures. Install,
document and maintain systems infrastructure, including Windows XP, MS Office and Third party systems. Experience
and working knowledge of MS Office products. Proficient in operation of TCP/IP connectivity, security administration.
Understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN communications. SMS Packaging and delivery understanding. Experience in financial
sector applications e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, JP Morgan.
