Our client, a big 4 Consultancy has a number of career opportunities for people with experience of large scale Strategy and Business Transformation Projects. You will be a key member of client service teams in the areas such as Operating Model design, Business Process Improvement, Supply Chain Optimisation, Operations Excellence and Programme and Change Management.

The candidate

Our client are seeking Managers and Senior Managers with strong business transformation and operational excellence experience to join a fast expanding team. Prior experience of consulting is required, and strong Project Management, Business Process Improvement and Business analysis skills are essential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver and manage Business Transformation projects in one or more of the following areas:-
* Corporate and functional strategy development
* Target operating model design
* Supply Chain optimisation
* Strategic sourcing
* Operations Excellence (including Lean)
* Enterprise Cost Reduction
* Programme leadership
* Change management
* Providing quality advice to clients based on experience and leading industry practice.
* Practice and staff management (Managers/Senior Managers)

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Prior Big Firm Consulting experience in Strategy and Operations, or significant roles in large scale transformation projects in Blue Chip organisations in the Consumer Business; Technology; Telecommunications; and Utilities sectors is highly desirable.
* Appropriate business qualification with strong academic record.
* A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience for Senior Consultant roles, 4-6 years for Manager Roles, and 8 years plus for Senior Manager Roles, is required.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical.
* Ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables.
* Initiative and a proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen.
* Analytical and systematic problem solving skills.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Manager roles: €55K - €65K + package including bonus

Senior Manager: €65K - €80K+ package including bonus
