Responsibilities:
- Executing exceptional customer service to pre / post customers

- Create and nurture relationships by providing a unique relationship managed experience.

- Have a firm grasp of the environment & to be skilled in communicating technical aspects in layman's terms.

- Convey positivity at all times and become a corporate ambassador for your customers.

Required skill set:

- Outstanding communication skills (oral & written), presentation skills & interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in computer and keyboard skills

- Possess the skill to engage with your customers by translating Technical terms into layman's terms.

- Calm under pressure

- Proven demonstration skills

- Fluent in German/English

Experience:
- Experience in roles where the emphasis is on quality of service

- Retail, Sales, Teaching, Drama, Business owners, Hospitality, Travel, Product demonstrators, Etc
