Job Description
A customer complaints administrator is needed for our client, a leading financial services institution, the suitable candidate will be either Mortgage Certificate/QFA qualified and have experience working in a banking environment. There is a competitive package on offer to the successful candidate.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Provide a leading level of Customer Service in a courteous and sensitive manner
- Excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate with clients in a professional way.
- Strong research and administrative skills to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently and to agreed deadlines
- Assistance in keeping all customer correspondence up to date
- Provide support/assistance to staff members from other departments where appropriate.
- Ensure that all company Codes of Practice/Conduct and all external legislative requirements are adhered to.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Have broad knowledge of the mortgage process
- Hold a Certificate in Mortgage Practice or QFA qualified
- Have completed the Loans and Regulation modules of the QFA
Key Skills:
- Possess a high level of numerical skills and have the ability to think analytically
- Pay strong attention to detail in all of your work
- Be customer focused and have the ability to work on their own initiative
- Strong administration/letter writing skills and the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with customers in a confident and professional manner
- Excellent general administration skills
