My advice
"Always research the company that you are applying to thoroughly and have a few key facts that you can bring with you into the interview. Make sure that you can give a really strong answer as to why you want to work for a particular company, which is different to a question about why you want the job. It is important to build rapport with the interviewer and it is essential that you present yourself as professional and enthusiastic."
My background

I joined Morgan McKinley in April 2005 as a senior consultant working with part-qualified and qualified accountants on the temporary and interim division and was manager of this area for 12 months. In 2010 I became project manager for D&B's start up technology R&D centre in Dublin. My current role is associate director with responsibility for Morgan McKinley’s managed services division in Ireland. This division manages high volume recruitment projects and RPO for blue chip clients. I have been working in recruitment in Dublin since 2000 and have worked with clients across commerce and industry, public practice, public sector and financial shared services. I completed a BSc in information management at Queen’s University, Belfast in 1998. I am a Qualified ICT Trainer and recently achieved Lean Six Sigma Certification.
