My Advice:In an interview, demonstrate the value you will bring to the role so that they are clear about the benefit you will be to the company. It is crucial that you display your commercial awareness and business acumen particularly whilst the employment market remains competitive. Most importantly, ensure that when you leave an interview, the interviewer understands clearly that you want the job!
Having spent my career within Sales and Marketing, I joined Morgan McKinley in April 2011 as a Consultant. Progressing to Senior Consultant in October 2013, I specialise within accounting and finance in the Mid-West, Connaught and the Midlands. My area of focus within this specialism includes temporary, contract, interim and project roles. I regularly speak with clients about current and upcoming vacancies to ensure a steady flow of excellent candidates. I hold a 2.1 Honours Degree in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland as well as a Professional Diploma in Global Trade and e-Business from the Institute of International Trade of Ireland.
