My background
With over 13 years recruitment experience, I joined Morgan McKinley in September 2005 as divisional director of the IT division. My success in this role led to my promotion to operations director, reporting directly to the MD of Ireland. In 2011 I was promoted to chief operating officer where I am now responsible for all of the divisions within Morgan McKinley Ireland, including their strategic development in-line with the global integration of the group.
