My advice
"Always be upfront and honest with recruiters and companies during the recruitment process, for instance, let them know if you have an offer or final round interview with another company. This helps the recruitment process to go as smoothly as possible and, as a result, there will hopefully be no major hurdles to cross when finishing the process. Changing jobs can be a big step as it is without the extra drama!"
My background
I have over seven years’ experience in this sector, having worked as a senior consultant with Vantage Resources for three years, where I placed IT contractors within software development. I also worked as a senior IT consultant with The IT Panel and Stelfox Recruitment. At Morgan McKinley, I manage the IT contract team and also specialise in placing contractors within Java/J2EE development roles.
I hold a B.Sc. in computer science from UCD.
