Dublin, 24 October 2011 – As social media becomes prolific, Morgan McKinley Ireland surveyed 375 HR managers and senior business leaders to find out to what extent employers across the country are using it in their recruitment strategies. The findings show that nearly three quarters (72%) of respondents have not hired anyone through social networking, while only a quarter have hired at least one person in this way.
